The Allen House is a perfect setting for any event. The Allen House has hosted weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, children’s birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, luau parties, paranormal researchers, author book signings, mystery dinner parties, movie parties, honor society banquets and easter egg hunts. The Allen House has welcomed guests from as far away as Germany! Since opening the house in 2007, the Allen House has welcomed more than 1,000 tour guests. Video and still photography is allowed for rented events.

Hourly Rate: $75.00
Please note: Rental is for the use of the first floor, front porch and front yard only. Backyard unavailable May 15-Sept 1.
Must have 2 weeks notice for booking. Security Deposit required to secure date and is refundable within two weeks after event. It is non-refundable for cancellations but is transferrable to a different available date.

What about taking Pictures?
The Allen House is a one-of-a-kind setting for photography! Bridal portraits are especially beautiful at the Allen House. Photographers must give 1 week notice prior to shoot.
Fee: $50.00
Please note: Fee is for the use of the first floor of the house and anywhere on the grounds. Photographers are asked to use no more than two hours. If extra time is needed, please make note of this during booking. Fee due before photo shoot.
Can I spend the night in the house?
Short answer is, no. The Allen House is a private residence. It has never been used as a bed and breakfast. We enjoy sharing the house with friends, family, and tour guests but we reserve the evenings for our family. If this ever changes, we’ll let you know!
